Saturday Morning Reset – FREE Yoga for Everyone
Start your Saturday with a FREE 45-minute yoga session led by Helen Brownley, founder of B-Yoga Studio.
Since qualifying in Bali in 2015 and completing advanced training in India, Helen has built B-Yoga Studio into a welcoming community in the heart of Rhyl, offering yoga, meditation, retreats and wellness experiences for people of all ages and abilities. This relaxed session is open to everyone. Stretch, reset and recharge before a full day of live music, great food and festival fun.

Rhuddfest is a mid-sized, family-run music festival that’s grown from the ground up, built on authenticity, connection, and good old-fashioned positivity.
It’s all about creating a space where friends and families can come together, switch off, and just enjoy each other’s company.
With loads going on to keep everyone happy.
You can bring your camping chair and set yourself up for the day, or pitch up and camp for the whole weekend.
