Rhuddfest has a zero-tolerance drug policy, drug dogs may be in operation at the event and any contraband substances will be confiscated. Rhuddfest also reserve the right to eject anyone from the site who is under the influence of drugs should they deem it necessary. Rhuddfest is also an active member of the local pubwatch scheme.

Your e-ticket will be checked and scanned on arrival. Please preload tickets before you arrive as internet speeds might be slow and to speed up entry. Tickets can only be scanned once. Once they are scanned you will be given a wristband which you can use for entry and re-entry. You may be asked to show proof of ID upon entry & for the purchase of alcohol. Please remember to bring a valid proof of ID with you. The only accepted forms of ID are valid and up-to-date passports, driving licenses, or home office-approved proof of age cards.

Children 4 years old and under don't require a ticket.Children 5-15 years and under require a child ticket.Anyone 16 years and older require an adult ticket.

You will be given a wristband which will allow you to leave and re-enter the festival.

We encourage you to bring a camping chair so you can relax and enjoy the festival. They will be checked for un-permitted items.Gazebo’s are not allowed.

Alcohol is not allowed to be brought into the festival.Food & drink is not allowed to be brought into the festival with the exception of baby formula/milk and kids snacks.Empty drink containers can be re-filled with free drinking water from the bar areas.There will be lots of different food vendors proving a variety of street food. Glass containers are not allowed on the festival grounds.

All bags, camping chairs, and rolled up blankets, will be searched by SIA registered security for unpermitted and concealed items.

We are hoping the sun will be out however there will be several large tented areas for you to take shelter in should we be unfortunate enough to have a little rain. However, please check the forecast prior to coming to Rhuddfest and bring suitable clothing.

Toilets are available in the festival arena and also in the camping area. Toilets will be well signposted.

The event takes place on farmland, this is mostly level grass fields. There will be friendly stewards, accessible toilets. The arena is suitable for wheelchair users with assistance.

We offer a limited number of complimentary carer/PA tickets for guests who require substantial additional support to attend safely and reasonably at Rhuddfest. Carer tickets are available for attendees who would be unable to attend safely or reasonably without dedicated support. Who qualifies for a carer ticket? Carer tickets are issued only where essential support is required beyond that of a companion or parent/guardian. This may include: -Assistance with mobility around the site -Medical or personal care needs -Support with navigating crowds or sensory environments -Situations where continuous 1:1 support is required Does receiving PIP or DLA automatically qualify me? No. Receiving benefits such as PIP or DLA does not automatically entitle you to a free carer ticket. We assess whether a carer is required at the event, not just eligibility for benefits. What proof do I need to provide? You will need to provide one of the following: -Access Card (+1 or +2), or -PIP/DLA (care/daily living component), or -Supporting documentation (e.g. GP/consultant letter) We also ask for a short description of the support required. What about children who need support? If a child has additional needs: A parent/guardian ticket is still required A free carer ticket may be issued only where additional support is required beyond standard parental supervision Carer tickets are not intended to cover standard parental supervision. How do I apply? When is the deadline to apply? We ask that all carer/PA ticket applications are submitted by 31st July to allow us time to review and support your needs. Do carers need their own ticket? Approved carers will be issued a complimentary ticket linked to the paying attendee. Carer tickets are: -Only valid alongside the corresponding paid ticket -Non-transferable -Intended solely to provide necessary support
