CAMPING POLICY 

Welcome to our festival camping grounds! We want to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all campers. Please review the following camping policy:

 

Campsite Registration

​

1.1 All campers must register at the designated check-in area upon arrival.

1.2 Each camping group must designate a responsible individual as the primary contact.

​

Campsite Allocation

​

2.1 Campsites will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.2 Please adhere to the designated camping area boundaries and avoid overcrowding.

​

TEnt Size and Placement

​

3.1 Tents should be of appropriate size for the number of occupants.

3.2 Please set up tents only in designated camping areas and maintain a minimum distance from neighbouring tents as specified by festival staff.

​

Noise and Quiet Hours

​

4.1 Respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

4.2 Keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to ensure everyone can rest peacefully.

​

Waste Management

​

5.1. Dispose of trash and recycling in designated bins provided throughout the camping area.

5.2 Keep your campsite clean and tidy throughout the duration of the festival.

Fire Safety

​

6.1 Open fires, including bonfires, are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Only use portable gas stoves or grills in designated cooking areas.

6.3 Ensure all cooking appliances are attended and properly extinguished after use.

Respect for Others

​

7.1 Respect the personal space and property of fellow campers.

7.2 Be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours, to avoid disturbing neighboring campers.

7.3 Any form of harassment or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated

Security Measures

​

8.1 Campers are responsible for the security of their belongings.

8.2 Lock valuables in your vehicle.

8.3 Report any suspicious activity or concerns to festival staff immediately.

Prohibited Items

​

9.1 Weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, and other hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

9.2 Pets (excluding Dogs) are not allowed in the camping area.

​

Emergency Procedures

​

10.1 Familiarise yourself with emergency exits and procedures in case of evacuation.

10.2 In case of emergency, follow instructions from festival staff and emergency personnel.

 

Compliance with Festival Rules

​

11.1 Campers must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the festival organizers.

11.2 Failure to comply with the camping policy may result in expulsion from the festival grounds without refund.
